As the contest turned from day one into day two (it ended up being 3 days total), more and more people came forward to claim one of the prizes. I noticed that during this time, Randy kept posting comments in the thread that were positive and showed his continued interest. This was smart. Everyone could see that Randy REALLY wanted it.
On the other side of things, successful warriors kept jumping in to donate their time, products and services. Keith decided to offer two packages instead of one. A while later, he came back and announced that there were enough generous offers to create 4 individual coaching and product packages.
Woo wee!
While I could tell that Randy desperately wanted one of those packages, he always came across as cheerful, and just grateful to be a part of it all. Remember, folks, the Warrior Forum is a great place, but if people don’t know who you are, they can’t directly help you. By participating in the thread, Randy was winning votes, as well as, many new friends.
When the winners were announced, Randy’s name was at the top of the list. He sums up his reaction in two words: “It’s unbelievable!”
Randy won Package #1, which includes: a free War Room membership, expert business plan, niche research and marketing coaching (Steve Wagenheim), 3 years of free hosting (Keith Boisvert), 2 domain names, a PLR, articles and ebook package, Niche Hunter Formula (Garry M Sayer), newbie’s pack of guides and 30 minutes of coaching (Bev Clement), backlinking software (Icansoft), free keyword research and a press release, Minisite Graphic Shop, mind mapping software, one hour phone coaching and free marketing bootcamp memberships (Jeremy Kelsall), Money Smarts report and a special secret surprise from VegasVince.
While Randy is extremely appreciative of the entire package he won, he’s most looking forward to the personal coaching. He feels he needs someone to be there holding him accountable for the actions that he takes. In fact, Randy’s already started working with both Steve W and Bev.
He knows that both of them are hard taskmasters who won’t take any B.S. from him. Steven promises to work Randy to the bone and has already given him a HUGE assignment. Oh boy, we’re off to the races!
Randy’s not quite sure exactly where his current Internet Marketing adventures will take him. He’s still figuring things out and will take the advice of his coaches seriously. A year from now, he’d like to have his own IM business featuring his own products. He also wants to have plenty of affiliates promoting his products, while he, in turn, helps them to become successful in their own right.
Randy believes: “ . . . the more successful they are – the more successful I am.”
We all look forward to watching Randy find his way, and bloom into the successful online business person he truly desires to be.
